1. Services Provided
1.1 Scope of Services: CLEAN by Aisha & Company offers residential, commercial, and specialized cleaning services, including but not limited to standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, post-construction cleaning, carpet and upholstery cleaning, window cleaning, floor care, and eco-friendly green cleaning.
1.2 Customization: Services can be customized to meet client-specific needs. Any special requirements should be communicated in advance.

2. Booking and Payment
2.1 Booking Process: Clients can book services through our online booking system or by contacting our customer service team. Bookings are subject to availability.
2.2 Payment Terms: Payments can be made via credit/debit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
2.3 Pricing: Prices are based on the type of service, size of the space, and frequency of the service. Quotes provided are estimates and may vary based on actual service requirements.
2.4 Cancellation and Rescheduling: Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours' notice without incurring any fees. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee.

3. Client Responsibilities
3.1 Access: Clients must provide access to the property and any necessary keys, codes, or instructions to enable our team to perform the services.
3.2 Preparation: Clients are responsible for tidying up personal items, securing valuables, and ensuring that the area to be cleaned is free of hazards.
3.3 Pets: Clients should secure pets in a safe area during the cleaning service to prevent interference with the work and ensure the safety of both the pets and our team.
4. Service Guarantee and Complaints
4.1 Quality Assurance: CLEAN by Aisha & Company is committed to providing high-quality services. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will address any concerns.
4.2 Complaints: Any complaints or issues should be reported to our customer service team promptly. We will work to resolve any problems to your satisfaction.

5. Liability and Insurance
5.1 Insurance Coverage: CLEAN by Aisha & Company is fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage or loss, clients must report any incidents within 24 hours.
5.2 Liability: CLEAN by Aisha & Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the provision of our services. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

6. Privacy and Confidentiality
6.1 Personal Information: We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8.1 Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pennsylvania.
