We understand that circumstances may arise where you are not entirely satisfied with our services or need to request a refund. 1. Satisfaction Guarantee
1.1 Commitment to Quality: We are committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours to address your concerns. We will make every effort to rectify any issues promptly.
1.2 Re-Cleaning: In most cases, we will offer to re-clean the areas of concern at no additional cost before considering a refund. Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with our services.

2. Eligibility for Refunds
2.1 Service Issues: Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

The cleaning service was not performed as agreed upon during the booking.

The quality of the cleaning service was unsatisfactory and a re-cleaning was declined or did not resolve the issue.

Damage occurred to your property as a result of our service, and the damage claim has been validated.
2.2 Non-Eligible Situations: Refunds will not be issued for the following:

Dissatisfaction due to personal preferences beyond the scope of the agreed service.

Complaints made after 24 hours from the time of service completion.

Issues related to pre-existing conditions or damage that was not caused by our cleaning staff.
3. Refund Process
3.1 Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of the service completion. Provide the following information:

Your name and contact details.

Date and time of the service.

Detailed description of the issue or concern.

Photos or evidence of the issue, if applicable.
3.2 Review and Resolution: Upon receiving your refund request, our team will review the details and may contact you for additional information. We aim to resolve refund requests within 7 business days.
3.3 Approval and Issuance: If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
4.1 Cancellation Policy: Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours' notice without incurring any fees. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.
4.2 Same-Day Cancellations: Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full service fee.
5. Amendments to This Policy
5.1 Changes: CLEAN by Aisha & Company reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients via our website and will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
